I have experienced over 25 years in training, mentoring, and coaching, learning to read humans, decode emotions, and master the strategies that make a soul successful.
I don’t just teach transformation ~ I have lived it, survived it, and with time I can now say that I have learned to thrive within it. My work is my way of life, and I am deeply grateful to be able to give back to the beautiful women of this planet.
My Philosophy
I believe that communication is the mother of everything. How you speak to yourself, your partner, your children, your friends, and your colleagues dictates the quality of your world (and the human experience that you’re living). From this foundational understanding, I created Athena’s Journey in order to help women uncover their unique superpower. Because when you know who you are at your core (what makes you a heroine with a superpower!), the need to compare yourself to others simply disappears. You never shrink who you are when standing next to anyone else. And above all, you vibrate on a completely different level ~ you radiate the energy of your true self!
My Connection to Athena
I have always felt a deep, almost magnetic connection to the goddess Athena. To me, she represents the perfect balance ~ a warrior of wisdom, carrying both feminine and masculine energy. She stands for strategic thinking, courage, and clarity.
Like the goddess herself, I strive to be a companion and a mentor. I believe there can be no world peace without true understanding, and that starts with the fairness and justice we show ourselves.
My Promise to You
I did not create Athena’s Journey to offer you a temporary ‘glow up.’ Its core purpose is to inspire and support women to live as a heroine ~ to experience life from their very personal rise of self and consciousness. I want you to realize, see, and feel your inner resonance. I want you to walk into a room and have people feel your radiance before they even notice what you’re wearing.
