The Spark
The defining moment for Athena’s Journey arrived amidst the stillness of the global pandemic when our founder Michaela was completing her NLP trainer certification and she encountered Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey.
In this moment, a “lightbulb” went off. Michaela realized this was the perfect vessel to bring together transformation, soul-work, and the empowerment of women. It was the key to turn decades of coaching experience into a structured and sacred path for women.
The Journey
Transformational experiences are most often a temporary escape, a way to “recharge the battery” before sending you back into the same exhausting machine. We do things differently. The experience of Athena’s Journey isn’t about teaching you survival tools for navigating your life; it’s about uncovering your birthgiven superpower and empowering you to align with your whole self so that you flow through life with grace, strength, wisdom, and beauty. Just like the goddess Athena. Just like the goddess you were born to be.

Along the way, we gently dismantle the old protective strategies that no longer serve you, aiding you to reclaim your boundaries and tap into a radical sense of self-love that has nothing to do with appearance and everything to do with inner peace.
